I’m not sure if this particular podcast would best be accompanied by a “trigger” warning right out of the gate.
I know, for me, I have been triggered a lot recently. And the way that that shows up for me is for me to go deep within my heart and say, okay, I’m being triggered. What’s going on within my own skin? And I know that that’s not everybody’s way, and so I support that as well.
I will say that I’m going to be speaking into topics that are ALIVE for us at this point, and that my intention is truly to find the places where we are more the same than we are different.
So if you’re interested in sitting through the next 15 minutes or so just to perhaps validate your perspective and/or open your heart and mind to a new perspective, then I say, stay right here with me. But if you’re just not in that space, then I also give you complete permission to bail. Right now. And, you know, go listen to some music or go for a walk in nature or do something that’s going to serve you– That’s going to serve you really.
That being said, let’s all take a deep breath together. Let’s send the breath down and out our bodies. Inhale to the crown of the head. And let’s begin.
