Today’s topic feels light-hearted and also simultaneously really, really serious. Now, I’m going to jump right into the topic with you, because I want to keep these podcasts really short and sweet for you. But the reality is that it has been a really hard month for me. So… you know that saying when going through hell, keep going?

It’s worth mentioning that we all have seasons of loss and uncertainty where we might feel like curling up on the rug in fetal position… Essentially, we all go through really serious loss and disintegration at some point in our lives. And, although the parts and the pieces and the details of each of our experiences are unique – yours is unique to you and mine is unique to me – the part that is the same is how we GET through hell rather than staying STUCK in it.
