Today’s topic, for some, is going to receive a standing ovation and a hip, hip, hooray. And I’m sure that for others of you, you’re going to grunt and groan and sigh in dismay.

But the truth of it is, I can’t share where I’ve come from and everything that I have come to learn without addressing this particular topic:: YOGA and all of its benefits.
