This is going to be sooooo good.  

The five great elements, or what we refer to in yoga as the "pancha [five] maha [great] bhutas [elements] are everywhere and in everything.  They are the reason we feel balanced, rooted, stable, inspired, clear, and connected -- and when these elements fall out of balance (which inevitably happens sometime), we feel unstable, scattered, lost, unhealthy and unsure.  

Come late spring / early summer

we will be exploring together these elements through

daily practices, self-care, food, and movement.
