Pilgrim is a once a year, 108 Day online "journey" or  those who are seeking community, connection, support  and a little more sweetness in life.

What if… you could join a community where each day you focused on simple ways to manage the ups and downs of life?

How Does the Program Work?

  • 15+ Weeks (108 days) of guidance, support and a plethora (yes, a plethora!) of down-loadable and online materials to help you embody the teachings

  • Twelve Touchstones (topics to awaken grace, strength, and peace in life)

  • Private Facebook group for all participants to interact with me, share experiences, challenges and engage in all the benefits of walking a pilgrimage together — with a regular morning “visit” with your 108 day guide, Britt

Who is this for?

Let's be frank.  Life is a challenge. No matter how devoted we are to the good stuff, life is life, and there is only so much we can do to prepare for the challenges life throws in our direction. We need regular practices that keep close to us the tools to be strong, balanced, flexible, and deeply grounded so we can deal with the unexpected, the undeniably painful stuff that happens for all of us at some time or another, and the realities that we ALL face as human beings walking through life. This is for you if you want to cultivate those tools and keep them near by for the hard times.

What if… each day you chose to rise and be happy for NO reason?

Why do we always look for a reason to be happy?

Perhaps being happy is reason enough?

How much is it?

It is $329 for 108 days of guidance and community.  We begin Monday, September 16th, 2019 and cross the threshold of the New Year into 2019, completing our journey on January 1, 2020. This powerful online pilgrimage includes more than 25 meditations and asana practices, a digital version of Britt's book, Pilgrim:  Living Your Yoga Every Single Day, weekly calls (that are recorded for your listening pleasure whenever and however you see fit), a private web page for all Pilgrims, and ongoing support and community throughout the journey.

How much of a commitment per day?

Pilgrim will take you as few as 10 minutes a day, and as long as you’d like to commit to your path. Some days, your schedule barely allows time on the mat, so your “practice” is the integration of yogic thinking in and through the busyness of your life.  Other days, you can spend hours marinating in the Teachings

It's up to you how much time you spend, and truth is, if you get into it and find the timing gets haywire with your life, you can engage as much as you’d like and all the materials will continue to be available to you, for you, for one year after the completion of the Pilgrimage. So, you can do it on your own time, with all the support and materials at your fingertips.

If you feel:

Stuck, unfocused, and blah -- ever... this program, this community, and this commitment has the proven capacity to shift that for you :: You CAN feel free, focused and inspired -- as your default -- in and through all challenges in your life - but don’t believe me - try it and see for yourself.

Even the rough times don't have to be so rough

If you want:

... meaning, purpose, and connection... beyond what you are currently experiencing.... I have no doubt this community, this process, and this investment of time and energy) can support you in finding your way to where you seek to be.

If you've tried:

... other programs, gone on retreats, done the trainings, and spent money on programs that you are not currently implementing in your life, this program is 108 days of simple, gentle, sustainable practices... and I tell you this:

Why I created this:

The truth for me is that I have found a way, that works, for me and for those who have walked with me, to journey inward and get a handle on life, while at the same time realizing and recognizing that nothing is constant. Everything is changing all the time. All is unpredictable. And that THAT is completely and fully okay -- when we know who we are and we don't get ahead of ourselves. We are not the hats we wear.

We are not the roles we play, the labels or accolades or degrees, or high posts in our communities, our families and our work worlds.

We are enough AS IS simply AS WE ARE, and when we get this -- when we live this -- life is joyous. Happiness is your DEFAULT... and you don't need a reason to go there :: it comes to YOU.

I see so many people every day feeling overwhelmed, struggling with challenges, diagnoses, and loss.  And what I know, in the depths of my soul is that there IS a way to navigate this life. There is a way to gather yourself, and begin to walk... into your own light, your own brilliance, your own wholeness...

And so, quite simply... I am guiding this journey for anyone who wants a little more light in their lives.
