Surya Namaskar with Complete Mantra

To practice surya namaskar, I recommend coming to your mat, and organically moving, stretching, and checking into your body to see what is most "alive" for you.  This is the practice of svadhyaya or self study that is so integral to a safe and energetically potent practice.  

Then, stand at the top of your mat in tadasana, exhaling all of the breath out of the body.  Inhale, "sipping" the breath up from the belly of the earth all the way to the crown of your head, and then begin surya namaskar with the following complete mantra practice.
