There are times when I am so touched and inspired, when something speaks so deeply and directly to me that I speak to myself out loud and I can do nothing but bury myself in my inspiration.
I have been struck by that as of recent:
Whether you are growing basil in your planter box or doing a you-pick berry trip with your kids, there's a "farmer" in you waiting to come out. I have always wanted to learn more about the land, growing, and simplicity. Something about this reminds me of a quote in an 1904 yoga book we have....
"Yoga is getting back to nature, getting back to nature, and getting back to nature."
Om Swasti Astu.
